  • Who pays for the adspend?

    In the planning and prep stage, we work with the client and decide on a budget for the campaign ad spend. The ad spend decided will then come directly out of the client's chosen account. The client remains in full control of the budget at all times and can change the budget at any time if needed.

  • How do we know who to target?

    In the discovery stage of each campaign, we will work together to understand the ideal Target Audience for the paid ad campaign and your services. We may target a broad range of people & it’s also possible we target a specific niche. It depends on the campaign and the client.

  • Content Creation

  • How much input do I need to have with content creation?

    That depends on the type & style of content we choose. Each campaign and client is different, and different types of content will require different levels of input from you. Regardless of what’s needed, we ensure to make the process of content creation as easy and hands-free as possible.

  • How much do you charge for content creation?

    The prices vary depending on the type of content required. We offer a vast range of different styles and types of content. Before any content creation campaign is taken on, we will understand you and your business fully, and work together on deciding what is needed content-wise. We can then present a price for that content creation.

  • What is the AVG turnaround for content to be ready?

    Content production time varies depending on the type of content and the amount of content that is needed. Turn around times will be discussed and taken into account for each project, so we can ensure that content never “runs out”.

  • Social Media Growth

  • What are the strategies used?

    It usually is a combination of services and strategies. Most often it’s a combination of content creation, social media management and then paid advertising all packed into one growth package. The reason this is a service on its own as it’s often highly personalised to each client.

  • How much growth can I expect?

    That depends on a variety of different things, what is the current status of the page? Is it new? Is it old but stagnant? It also depends on things like budget and content flexibility etc.

  • Will I still have control over our pages?

    Of course! The client still has full access to all pages and has the final say on the content posted.

  • How will you gain access to our pages?

    Login details for pages are shared via a secure encrypted channel. Some platforms will not require passwords to be sent, we can gain access via an agency connection.

  • Social Media Strategy

  • Is this an ongoing service or a consultancy service?

    That depends on what your needs are! If you’re looking for a one-time call or monthly checkins to just ask some questions and have your strategy reviewed, then we can do that. If you’re looking to bring the agency on board and work alongside you as part of the strategy team, then we can do that also.

  • General FAQ

  • How long of a commitment is needed?

    Usually, we take clients on with a minimum of 90 day contract, with 30 days notice if the client decides to end or make changes to their package.

  • What if I want multiple services?

    This is very common, a lot of the time a combination of multiple services bundled into a package is the best option. Each client has a customised and tailored package to suit their direct needs.

  • How much does each service cost?

    This depends on the services provided and whether the campaign/client requires multiple services bundled together. Pricing is usually discussed at the end of the discovery stage. The discovery stage is where we aim to understand you and your business in extreme detail and figure out the aims and objectives of that potential campaign.
